Grant Description

with project electricity generation of 17 million kWh per year. The construction period was from March to November 2018.

The wind farms had 80-meter tall towers and a 53.8-meter long blades that could generate electricity at wind speeds of 3 m/s to 25 m/s. The 5MW wind power plant was to be built in the Yenbekshikazakhsky District of the Almaty Region over an area of 25 ha. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
